Korean Typing Converter
The Korean typing converter fixes Hangul typed on an English layout (e.g. dkssud → 안녕) or English typed on a Korean layout, converting between them with Dubeolsik key mapping.

For example, dkssud maps to d(ㅇ) k(ㅏ) s(ㄴ) s(ㄴ) u(ㅕ) d(ㅇ) → ㅇ+ㅏ+ㄴ = 안 and ㄴ+ㅕ+ㅇ = 녕, giving 안녕. In the reverse direction, Hangul input is decomposed into letters and mapped back to the corresponding English keys.

Why does dkssud become '안녕'?
On the Dubeolsik layout, d=ㅇ, k=ㅏ, s=ㄴ, s=ㄴ, u=ㅕ, d=ㅇ, so ㅇ+ㅏ+ㄴ = 안 and ㄴ+ㅕ+ㅇ = 녕, forming '안녕'. The tool maps English keys to Hangul letters and then combines them into syllables.
Which keyboard layout does it use?
It uses the standard Dubeolsik (KS X 5002) layout. For example q=ㅂ and w=ㅈ, and holding Shift maps to tense consonants and compound vowels such as ㅃ, ㅉ, ㄸ, ㄲ, ㅆ, ㅒ and ㅖ.
Are compound final consonants and diphthongs handled?
Yes. Compound finals like ㄳ, ㄵ, ㄶ, ㄺ and diphthongs like ㅘ, ㅙ, ㅚ, ㅝ are combined automatically following the composition rules. The result is output as complete Hangul syllables.
Can the text mix Korean and English?
In the English to Hangul direction, only letters are mapped to Hangul, while numbers, spaces and symbols are left as-is. Unmapped characters are kept unchanged, so mixed text converts safely.
